Investigation triggered by an apparent insider cluster (8 Form 4s in 14 days) found that all recent insider activity is RSU vesting with no open-market purchases. CEO Dankberg executed a pre-scheduled 10b5-1 sell plan distributing ~400,000 shares at $63-$69 after the stock surged from ~$30 to near $90. CFO/President Baldridge and Director Wise similarly exercised options and sold. Q4 FY2026 (fiscal year ended March 2026) missed estimates on revenue (-2.4% vs expectations) and EBITDA ($370M actual vs $383M expected). Q1 FY2027 EPS was -$0.02 versus +$0.32 consensus estimate — a -106% miss. Forward P/E of ~159 is extraordinarily rich for <3% revenue growth, negative operating margins, and significant net-debt. Defense segment shows double-digit growth (positive), but consumer broadband continues deteriorating amid competitive pressure from Starlink and LEO alternatives.
