The PCS segment provides medical devices, consumables, services, and digital solutions. Its portfolio includes patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology, consumables and services, digital solutions, maternal infant care, and anesthesia products. The PDx segment supplies diagnostic agents, including CT, angiography and X-ray, MR, single-photon emission computed tomography, and positron emission tomography to the radiology and nuclear medicine industries. The segment also provides contrast media pharmaceuticals that are administered to a patient prior to certain diagnostic scans to increase the visibility of tissues or structures during imaging exams; and molecular imaging agents or radiopharmaceuticals, which are molecular tracers labeled with radioisotopes. Newest first. Each entry shows what stage produced it, the verdict/decision, and the reasoning.
Scored 14/100 due to weak insider conviction, deteriorating quality metrics (margin compression, 4.1x net debt/EBITDA), and active anti-signal gates (dilution, concentration). The compressed valuation reflects real execution and margin risks rather than a market mispricing, making even an income structure too risky without clearer stabilization signals.

The investigation trigger was 7 Form 4 filings in 14 days, but on close inspection ALL were director RSU grants (code A) — not open-market purchases. One genuine CFO open-market purchase exists ($200K+ at $60.60 on May 1). The stock crashed ~13% on April 29 after a Q1 EPS miss and guidance cut driven by supply-chain cost inflation and a supplier quality recall in Pharma Diagnostics. Technicals are deeply oversold (RSI 35.5), forward P/E is compressed to 11.5x, analysts still target $80, and the stock sits ~31% below its 52-week high — creating an attractive covered-call income setup at elevated IV rather than a directional long.
